People punish their feet daily by wearing ill-fitting shoes or by walking around on feet that do not function properly. In fact, 75% of North Americans will experience foot health issues of varying degrees, at some point in their lives. Educate yourself and start improving the health of your feet today!

What are orthotics?

Orthotics are orthopedic devices that are used to alter or modify foot function and are designed to treat, adjust, and support various biomechanical foot and/or ankle disorders. Some orthotics are simple, commercially-made devices, such as cushioned heel cups or insoles for shoes that are sold over the counter in drug stores or other retail establishments.
