I had my first chiropractic experience with Dr Karen Ngo and i have learned a lot from the experience. Eating right and keeping active may be what comes first when people think about a healthy lifestyle, but many of our daily activities are extremely repetitive and routine. These repetitive movements, however great for our body, can have significant negative effects over long periods of time. Through overdevelopment of certain muscles such as dominant and non dominant sides, or general muscle imbalance from sitting at a desk all day, can lead to tensions which effect how our bones and joints connect with each other. I have benefited from the chiropractic adjustments as well as a great deal of knowledge Karen, within a one month period, i can notice the improvements in my posture and athletic performance. I recommend for everyone to spend some time with Dr Karen Ngo and see what difference for themselves.

I got my very first treatment a few weeks ago. I was nervous but Dr. Ngo was great - very friendly and professional and guided me through the process. I felt amazing after the session. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Karen No is amazing! Unlike other chiropractors who spend only 10 min with you before they run on to the next person, Dr. Karen spent so much time with me and really wanted to understand my problem. She even recommended activities to keep me fit and aligned in between sessions. She's awesome - go see her!

I grew up with Tourette's syndrome heavily effecting my neck and shoulders and have always been fairly active in high intensity, high contact events, causing a lot of complex muscular imbalances that had a big impact on my posture and joint mobility. For about 8 months I stopped training and spent time trying to rehabilitate my body on my own spending literally hours at a time doing corrective exercises, stretches, and mobility work but after deciding it was taking far too long I decided to seek some professional assistance. I started seeing Karen twice a week for adjustments and from the very first week I had far more progress in my recovery than I had seen in months, along with the exercises she gave me to do I continued to do additional corrective exercises specific to my imbalances. After a month a lot of issues that I thought would take another year or so to fix on my own have been cleared up and I've never felt better in terms of being mobile, relaxed and flexible. Karen herself is very informative, precise, skilled and is a pleasure to be around, I'd highly recommend her to anyone experiencing issues.
